would stay here again
The hotel has a cozy double window room with nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, raised toilet, and shampoo. Staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions and public transport. Breakfast had a good variety too!

Location proximity to key attractions is spot on. The decor has a modern vibe that stands out, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the lobby areas, making it easy to unwind or get some work done.
Rooms feel squeezed, with not much space to move around, especially near the beds. The absence of coffee-making facilities in the room is a letdown. relying on instant coffee from the lobby isn’t ideal. Breakfast options are weak—you’re looking at a continental spread instead of anything hot, and for nearly twelve bucks, it’s just not worth the hype. A bit more attention to storage space would help avoid clutter, but as it stands, it feels more like a hostel setup than a hotel.

Couple perfect for a comfy stay
The bar downstairs was great after a long day and I enjoyed some delicious pastries for breakfast with great coffee while sitting in the lovely homely reception atmosphere plus every interaction with the staff was really friendly and accommodating making me feel welcome right from check-in
It wasn't exactly cheap but still decent for the quality we got

I had a lovely stay for 3 nights and really appreciated the extra pillows I requested without any fuss. The birthday card and balloons on my arrival just made my day! The leisure room had great options for relaxing, and I enjoyed some quiet time there. The room felt a bit narrow for two with luggage, but overall, it was a delightful experience, so I definitely recommend this place! 🎉

The hotel was the perfect base for our family trip, especially with our grandchild. We enjoyed visiting the historic Edinburgh Quay, which offered fun activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options struck out. More variety would be fantastic for families with children.

Had a lovely two-night stay where the room was incredibly clean, and I appreciated the late checkout that was granted without extra charge. The lounge offered a cozy spot to unwind after a long day with drinks brought right to my table, and I also enjoyed the comfy vibe of the leisure area. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't dampen my experience! ☺️

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed two nights in this cozy double room. The clean environment and modern amenities made for a decent stay, but the room size felt cramped for the price. Breakfast options were limited and chaotic. I suggest trying local cafes for a better morning meal.
